Cancellations:
I allow up to 48 hours for cancellation or changes to your order but kindly request that you do so as promptly as possible.
Returns:
Due to the nature of my products, there are no returns or exchanges accepted. If for any reason there is a problem with your order please contact me via email noble.bebe.diapers@gmail.com and I will do everything possible to make it right.
Returned and lost packages:
Please verify your shipping address prior to finalizing your order. Packages are easily lost in the post office system once they are marked Undeliverable and I cannot be held responsible for them. I include tracking on every parcel. Please direct all lost or damaged package inquiries to USPS.
International customers- please insure that your address is 100% accurate. It is almost impossible to retrieve a mislabeled international package. Due to COVID-19, most countries are experiencing heavy delays. Please take this into consideration before placing your order. Once it is in USPS hand's, cancellations and refunds can not be issued.
Warranty:
I triple check all items. At the cutting table, as I finish the stitching, and at packaging time. I am human though and if for any reason there is a mistake on your order, please contact me as soon as possible. Please review your items promptly after arrival. In the case of any mistakes or missed defects I will work as promptly as possible to make it right.
With that said, any holes or defects that occur after use, due to normal wear or tear, unfortunate snags and catches in the wash, high washer spin speeds, or holes caused by your closure of choice are not covered.
